Nancy Thomas is a Masters Award Winning Licensed Associate Broker and REO (Real Estate Owned) Division Manager with Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, working out of the Pearl River & White Plains Offices. A Real Estate veteran, Short Sale Specialist, and Relocation Agent for over 26 years, she is well-regarded in the industry for her professionalism, strong negotiating skills, and knowledge of the latest technology in real estate practice. 

Nancy successfully represents both buyers and sellers in the Hudson Valley Community and specializes in REO properties including but not limited to Rockland,  Orange, Westchester, and the Bronx. In addition, Nancy has also received certifications from NRT, OWB, M & T & CitiMortgage for successfully completing their REO Policies & Procedures courses. Recently, Nancy was certified by Equator as a Short Sale Specialist for 2012.  Nancy also understands the ever-changing market and has been certified as a HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) Specialist and HAMP (Home Affordable Modification Program) Specialist and can help you understand your options as a homeowner. Nancy is a member of NYSAR, NAR, HGMLS, and HGAR, she is a Marketing Specialist in 3 counties.  She is active in many associations that are associated with real estate such as Winds, REO Connection, REO Broker, and REO Mac.  Nancy has lived and worked in all 3 counties, so she is familiar with all of them.  Nancy currently lives in Rockland County.
